This community events calendar is a central hub for announcements of any free health-related events that support, educate, and improve the lives of older adults in Santa Clara communities. Events listed are:
- Free of charge.
- Provided by non-profit organizations or non-commercial agencies.
- Online (through Zoom, FaceBook Live, YouTube, Webex, or another similar platform) OR in-person (when permitted).
- On wellness, healthy aging, specific medical conditions, giving care, or other health-related topics (like boosting memory, mindfulness practices, healthy eating, balance exercises to prevent falls, advice on navigating healthcare insurance, virtual physical fitness, caregiver support, or social events).
PlaneTree Health Library staff review submissions for appropriateness (and to avoid spam).
When submitting event information, list start and end times at Pacific Time. Please note any languages, besides English, used or accommodated in the event details. Include registration URLs in the Learn More link box.
