DESCRIPTION: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of concepts related to gender\,  attraction\,  and expression that may have previously been part of an LGBTQIA+ or SOGIE 101 training\,  including an intersectional framework. This training will provide best practice guidelines as well as actionable changes that will be implemented to better support clients in service delivery\,  especially clients who may not be cisgender or heterosexual.
