The Chosen Charity:
A portion of our proceeds will be donated to Family Supportive Housing, a local non profit providing temporary housing and supportive services to approximately 180 families every year throughout the South Bay.

Our practice has since evolved with their needs, becoming the SWAN MEDICAL that thousands love today. With the guidance of our Medical Director and team of professionals, we learned that while aging is a fact of life, how we age is a choice.

It is our highest intention for this event to support and uplift good people whose values align with ours, creating a community of individuals with a shared mission: bringing Conscious Health and Wellness to Humankind! At the end of the day, we cannot do this alone. Changing the mindset of the Health and Wellness space calls for community, teamwork, and massive action. Therefore, it is a pleasure to bring forth this space for you to get connected to the incredible network of Leaders in the industry that we are blessed to work so closely with.
