The 45th annual Showcase of Miniatures returns to the Doubletree Hotel on Saturday Oct. 9 from 10am – 5pm, & Sunday Oct. 10 from 11am-4pm, with the same features you’ve come to love about this event. (Skilled artisans in the dealer room; exhibits, workshops, White Elephant sales, friends old and new, and creative ideas galore!) Admission is still just $7 for both days.

To create the safest possible environment for everyone in this pandemic year, though, all of us – dealers and their helpers, volunteer staff, committee members, and visitors – will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination in order to enter the show foyer and the Showroom floor / dealers’ room. Additionally, a photo ID matching the name on the proof of vaccination will also be required.

Vaccinated adolescents age 12 to 17 are most welcome, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate children under 12 this year.

What do we mean by proof of vaccination?
1) Everyone will need to show any of the following:
– their vaccination card, or a photocopy or photo of vaccination card (with all the relevant data visible), or
– a CA electronic vaccination record from myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov, or
– another state’s electronic vaccination record;

AND

2) also a photo ID.

The County of Santa Clara continues to have a Universal Indoor Face Covering Order in place. It requires the wearing of a well-fitting mask in all indoor public spaces regardless of vaccination status. So face masks must be worn in the foyer and showroom; and the Doubletree Hotel requires face masks in all public spaces of the hotel.
